I usually wear Clarks shoes. The Clarks shoes I bought are doscontinued from Clarks shoe shops but are available on Amazon. I bought some two years ago and they were just as good and the same as the ones in the shop. They wore out so i got some more. My size is 5.5 so I got the same as before.
I did not bother to check them and went to try them on only to find that they have accidently sent me size 5. What can I do. I need to return them but have never returned anything from Amazon. I need to get the size 5.5 and need to be sure they will not make the same mistake again/
Has anyone had this issue and how do you return stuff to Amazon and how do you ensure that when they resend them, they said the correct size? At first I thought I had accidentally ordered the wrong size but have just checked my order and it clearly says size 5.5 but what I got was size 5
Any advice appreciated
