Apologies if I have posted this in the wrong thread but I have an Explora XGO2 Phone Watch which is refusing to turn on. All I get on screen when I plug it in to charge is an X symbol and nothing else. I have tried using the reset button but it makes no difference.
Before I contact the manufacturer next week I was just wondering if anybody else has come across this problem before and found a way to fix it?
