I bought some summer sandals last summer, they were about £45. I wore them for a few months last summer and have been wearing them for about a week this year and the metal part of the buckle has snapped. I don't think it can be fixed so they can't be worn. Would you expect the retailer to exchange them? I know I bought them last year but as they're only suitable during nice weather, they haven't been worn that much and I'd expect them to last for more than a few months wear really. Is my expectation of an exchange unrealistic?
