Jewellery with letters of alphabet?

Our nanny has left (maternity leave and motherhood) and we'd like to get her some jewellery from DS. She and DS have the same initial, so I thought it would be sweet to get her a silver initial either as a pendant or for a charm bracelet (which she wears). Not an engraved initial, the shape of the letter in silver, and quite chunky.
Anyone seen anything like this?
