Used to have one - I think they're possessed. Seriously, from memory you need to fold flat then twist in middle so you get 2 joined circles, then fold/flatten one circle into the other. My mum always reckoned that with anything requiring that sort of dexterity you need to be relaxed, and her solution was a stiff drink.

You have to do it quickly without thinking about it. If you try to do it logically you'll end up weeping. It needs to be in 3 circles.

I have one. The trick is to NOT hold it in the middle on both sides. You need to hold it about a quarter of the way up from the bottom and then twist.

If you still need the instructions, I have some I could email, once I got the hang of it, it was a doddle, used it quite a lot though so maybe that helped. Like IlanaK said you have to get your hands in the right position. I love mine, sad dd is nearly too old for it.
