recommendations for double mattress under £200?

need to buy double mattress and have it delivered in the next 3 weeks. any recommendations? already have base so can't be an ikea one as they are funny sizes I think.

are the ones at mfi any good? good sale now.
or John Lewis? Debenhams? have only ever had futon type mattresses so have no clue.

i really think you'll be pushing it to get a decent one for less than £200.... but hope someone can advise.

that's what I thought
is for dd1 and occasional use by friends when they stay over

jl have one for £250 and can deliver in a week. might have to check it out tomorrow with 3 kids in tow

I bought a fab one from Bensons Beds- soooo comfortable and supportive and it was delivered within 4 days it was a Sealy orthapaedic one and cost £230 including delivery.

Talk them down on delivery charges!

They originally quoted me £230 + £30 delivery and I said no I'd go somewhere else where I wouldn't be charged delivery as I'd rather spend that extra £30 on a better mattress.

They caved
