Hot wheels t-rex - any good?

ds (4) likes dinosaurs and cars (but not, thank god, obsessive about the latter).

Need a proxy prezzie from Granny!
Amy comments appreciated :)

Don't know the T-rex one, but a Hot Wheels thing with a dragon head that tries to snap up loop-the-looping cars has been a lasting hit in our house since last Christmas (ds was 4 then). Even got very efficient within a few weeks about fitting all the bits together by himself, which was unexpected.

Only downside: if it's battery operated they're VERY NOISY

memo to self, must hide all batteries!
My DN wanted the T-ReX hotwheels and he's getting the Shark Attack one (T-Rex alot more expensive and v big!). I'm sure he'll be just as thrilled.

Thanks Binkie - ah - lots of bits :(

We're notorious losers of even big bits in our house Blush

jg - the expense is where the Granny bit comes in! Plus we are on a small island with one toy shop, so I don't have a choice - he spotted it 'in the flesh' so to speak...
