I have a pay monthly phone which I pay off by entering my card details into my online account to make a payment. I paid my November bill, but then it says on my O2 online account that the payment was rejected by the bank. However, on my bank account, the payment went out and hasn't been rejected. I paid the bill again yesterday without realising my bank account had said that it hasnt been rejected, as they have barred me from ringing and texting. I still cant do anything with my phone so need to phone up again to tell them to put my phone back on, but what should I do? Tell them what my bank account says?
