Avent express microwave steam steriliser... how long do you put it in microwave for??

Just dug out the one we had for DS1 and I need to run it through a sterilising cycle to de-scale it before baby is born (due in 2 days!), but cant find the instructions anywhere!! lol
I know you put in 7oz water cos it says that on the lid, but anyone know how long it goes in the microwave for??? Our microwave is 900watts.....

Think I used to do 5 minutes but not positive. If I see the box later will have a look (think it may be on top of the spare room wardrobe!)

Isn't it sort of embossed onto the outside of the bottom bit?

It says on the bottom of ours
Min: 500W = 7 mins
Max: 1100W = 4 mins

I'll let you do the maths.

I just checked it and it is embossed on the very bottom of it!!
