what do you call those old biddy trolley things?

i want to get one for my nan. they are like a tray on wheels.. you can put heavy saucepans on them and push them around so old people dont have to struggle carrying them.

Trying to google but dont know what to call them!!

blimey! they are called trolley walker funnily enough~!

They are like £100!!! I found cheapest on ebay £50. Any ideas where i can get one cheaper?
