Use another company - Hillarys offer no after sales care whatsoever. Don't be conned into buying anything from them
We were advised that it would be possible to have "cafe style" shutters initially fitted followed by allowing us to "fill in" the apex of our cathedral style window at a later stage. This proved not to be the case and having initially agreed to replace the shutter at their cost (as we had been missed) we were then advised the Company would not pay for their mistake. I would suggest that if you are considering using Hilarys you find another company to deal with. These guys are sharks and couldn't give a damn about their customers - they're very good at selling products - turn up to appointments on time etc but when things go wrong they are appalling. I would particularly mention "Muzzy" and Kevin Wingham who show complete disregard for their customers satisfaction, not to mention the sheer incompetence of their sales representative Olivia Davies who appeared charming but clearly didn't know what she was doing. There are plenty of other companies who will supply and fit shutters and I would strongly advise you to use one of them Hillarys are one of the worst companies I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with and this includes their MD John Risen who also couldn't give a damn about the reputation of his business.
