One was received on 9th March. The packaging was intact. My account showed the order hadn’t yet been delivered, then changed to saying it was delayed, and then changed again last last week saying it had been delivered on 9th March. The second pair have never arrived.
The seller is adamant they have sent two pairs and the messages between us aren’t clear due to a language barrier (the boots are from China). It looks to me, like they want me to retract my one star review to send me the third pair.
Can anyone help me decipher if that is the case from the attached conversation thread? Or if not, how to get a refund for both pairs? I purchased them on my credit card through my Amazon account.
Annoying that I’ve come here for help instead of to Amazon’s useless resolution bot!
