I have Broadband, Telephone and TV Services on the 3 for 30 deal.

I'm now looking around as I'm moving next week and despite 2 calls in the past fortnight ( an hour and a quarter on the phone basically WASTED) I am no further forward in getting new services set up.

VUUUURGIN are a complete and utter PITA!

They overcharged me last YEAR hence I now have a credit on the account of £12o which they are refusing to pay back.

Right will look at )2, but the cable thing is a nuisance!

We have them atm. We were with NTL. But we've now been told that if we don't contact them soon to change to the new contract we will lose our service and e-mail address and everything. I have tried to get in touch but always held in damned queue! Might just go back to BT be default for the moment but annoying to lose my e-mail address.
