Recently bought a bag online in a sale and ultimately returned it.
The cost of the bag was refunded however the cost to post to me wasn't.
Am I correct in thinking that under the Consumer Contracts Regulations the retailer is obliged to refund standard postage also? I was content to cover the return postage myself.
