Cheapest AA batteries?

It's Christmas soon and we need loads of fairly good quality AA batteries....any stores have them on offer at the mo??

Are they the big ones or the Walkman size ones? If latter, Toys r Us and Lidl Grin do them.

Argos are doing 20 AA batteries for £4.99 reduced from £7.99 I stocked up on Sunday Smile

A couple of months ago I bought a battery charger and 1 pack each AA and AAA batteries for £10 from either Tesco or Asda. Rechargables last for ages and packs of 4 cost £5 each, so you could buy a load and keep 'em charged up and ready for action.

Boots have Duracell packs of 8 for the price of 4 at the moment (as in by 4 batteries get 4 free)

ikea do v cheap packs & the quality seems fine.
