HELP MY LG WASHING MACHINE GIVING OFF CODE!

Please help i have an LG washing macine that has twice bleeped a cetain unheard of before bleep and now the green light is flashing 0E the machine has stopped but the clothes are still soaking wet .
please don't tell me the E part of secret code stands for engineer.
if anyone knows what this means please let me know.

OE means drain filter clogged or drain hose kinked or clogged. ( most likely filter in my experience)
IE is water inlet problem - hose kinked or low pressure.
UE is unbalanced load or small load.
dE door open
tE call for service
FE water overfills due to faulty water valve
PE water level sensor malfunction
CE and LE motor overload

Do you know how to unblock filter?
