DS just received a fireman Sam Height Chart from them (a birthday present from a friend) which was damaged in several places which if I'm being generous MAY (but I'm sure it didn't) have happened in transport and an actual saw cut in the side of it that certainly didn't happen in transport. This is not the first time I've had cheap crappy toys from them and they are responsible for SOOOOo many of the pre-school brand things like Peppa Pig, In the Night Garden etc etc (obviously now I've mentioned those, it won't be them ). It's just feckin annoying that they can get away with it time and time again
