m & s own walnut whips don't taste the same. neither does the chocolate.

They still do pikelets - my local M&S doesn't have them but the large store in town does.

only do poncey sandwiches at ours. none of the basic ones even prawn one on oat bread not available.

They used to do a yogurt and fruit thing in a red and white packet and the yogurt was so delish it was like cream.

Garlic and herb crisps in a light blue packet.

I liked the mini cheese rolls (like sausage rolls, but filled with cheesy stuff instead of meat). It's all 'breadless' fecking sandwiches nowadays. (Errr, you mean salad?)

yes i was looking for the cheese rolls the other day and couldn't find them. dd has a veggie friend who loves them so always had them stashed.pah!

I used to love their gooseberry fools. Haven't been able to find those for years now...

They used to do a family sized chicken pie (creamy sauce not gravy) which all mine loved (no mean feat with my fussy eaters...) but don't seem to do it anymore....

Not M&S but why don't Waitrose do their prawn cottage cheese anymore - it was really,really lovely

Licourice Mints !! Like licourice allsorts but with the coloured bits replaced by minty white bits. They were DEVINE

and why don't M&S do their sports bras (the £12) ones the same way as before - they're flimsier now

Someone should email this thread to M&S. People power has had discontinued items brought back before now.

Ooh I loved that chicken pie too- GrapefruitMoon. I've had it fairly recently in the individual size though.
