do you ever where your LO on the front facing out? I did it for first time today and she seemed ok though shoulders slightly pinned back - haven't seen pics of this position on website.

Not supposed to be good for the spine and hips.
They can also not bury their face in you if once they have enough of everything that is going on.

Thanks for replying. Not good for baby's spine and hips or the wearers? I'm only talking about short stints.

Its not really a good way to use a BH, it puts their hips at a very strained angle. How about using as a hip carry (can find instructions on the web) then LO can see forwards but no pelvic strain for them. Or try a Wilkinet?
