How do you stop a rug from sliding all over the place?

Just bought a rug for my living room.

I've got carpet. New carpet, so I don't want anything that could ruin it!

But the rug is sliding all over the place and getting rucked up.

Any ideas?

Non-slip tape stuff. I think you can get it for carpets as well as hard floors.
