Is there a double buggy that is a pram & a toddler seat?

Not sure I need a double buggy as DS hasn't used his for months, but if I do buy one I don't want a double buggy, if possible I want something that has a pram bit and a seat bit for DS (if that makes sense) Can you get them? If so, where? I have had a loko online in the obvious places and can only find twin buggies. Thanks x

I think JANE make something you are after for but haven't got a link - sure you could google it though.

www.mothercare.com/gp/product/B000QUL3XM/sr=1-23/qid=1202216122/ref=sr_1_23?ie=UTF8&m=A2LBKNDJ2KZUGQ &n=42804041&mcb=core answered my own Q! I want the pram and chair facing me, this seems perfect. I'll look up JANE and see what they do, thankyou x

Also try Emmeljunga, a Swedish brand. years ago I had a pram with detachable toddler seat for ds1 and 2. Think they still sell similar in UK.

Hi i have a bertini bidwell 905 and toddler seat, my dd2 is 2.8 and fitted in the toddler seat with ease and as its the size of a single pram its easy to manouvre. They go really cheap on ebay too!!

I have a big mamas and papas ultima travel system thingy with the huge off road type wheels, so anything would probably be lighter than that! Having a look at the icandy pear at the mo.

just had a look at the technical info on the pear and it looks like the carrycot is lighter on the pear than the apple - so overall won't be that much heavier
wish i'd bought a pear at the beginning now!
