I hope that someone out there can offer suggestions as to why our dishwasher isn't working properly! We inherited a Diplomat dishwaser when we moved house and don't have a booklet to guide us through any problems......... that's where you come in! The water is heating up in the machine but all the glasses etc are covered in a white deposit when the cycle is finished. My husband has checked all the obvious things like the filters. I use the 'Fairy' active bursts all-in-one tablets. Many thanks.
