Cupboard door locks so kids can't smash things- help needed.

All the kitchen cupboards have locks on them, except the ones in the corner. Its one where you have to open one door and then the other IYKWIM. DS has smashed a vase and a plate today, and I really need to find a way to lock them. There is only one handle and there is no wood suitable to stick a lock or anything to. There is no frame down the middle of the cupboard to stick anything to. I know I could supervise him more and say no etc, but I'm not asking for help with that, I just want locks so I have some crockery left. Thanks.

Can the catch go onto the top of the door rather than the side? We have a corner cupboard and for ages we thought we couldn't put a catch on, then suddenly we realised how!

Maglocks? They're magnetic but stick on the inside rather than the outside and you get a magnetic key.

rearrange your cupboards and store unbreakable tins, packets etc in the ones that you can't lock?
