Meant to be quite dodgy I think. There have been threads on them in the past.

I bought a travel cot from them once and had no problems

I think the general opinion is NO!

Some people get their stuff no problem.

I had big issues with a car seat that never arrived. The refund took 48 days (although some don't get refunds so I'm lucky)

Once I'd gone through all the trouble I ran a search and sure enough there was loads of posts about poor customer service and 2 investigations from Watchdog!

This was all a year ago though - so things may have changed??

bobsyouruncle · 04/02/2008 14:27

clearly i was lucky

ConnorTraceptive · 04/02/2008 14:28

Haven't used them but have only heard negative things

IdrisTheDragon · 04/02/2008 14:30

Have used them - wouldn't again.

We luckily live nearby so when they were completely useless at delivering DH went and picked it up.

Shop itself was rather useless too - when I went in at 10:15 and they opened at 10 there was no one around. Could have walked away with anything, or so it felt.

Kiddicare are good (or were whenever I used them last). I got a Maclaran Triumoh for about £40 from them.
