Lakeland Question... if something's not in stock in a shop can I order it?

Yes. In fact, if you phone their customer service line they'll arrange for it to go to the shop for you and contact you when it arrives so you can pick it up.

No delivery charge for that, either.

EXCELLENT customer service, btw.
