Phil & Ted owners - what car do you drive? What is smaller than a Focus but with big enough boot?

Says it all really. Need to get a new car, but it needs to be big enough to get the P&T in the boot. We've got a focus at the moment but it needs to be a smaller car.

Smaller engine or size??
we have a golf estate , 1.6 no probs with P&T and easy to park.

smaller size - parking outside our house is sparse

Bumping this for you as looking for car ideas too. We want to replace one of ours with something as small as possible (lengthwise) that will fit a P&T with doubles kit (wheels off if need be).

I get the phil and teds in the back of my renault clio (the older shape not the newwest one)

i have to take off 1 wheel (which might be annoying) but it still fits.

(I can also get 3 car seats in the back of my clio, a group 1, a group 2 and a group 3 in the middle)

have you considered the honda jazz? it has the biggest boot of all the small cars but is smaller than the focus

Anyone got one in a Fiat Panda?

skoda fabia-small car

you do have to take one of the wheels off (this is VERY VERY easy) but really, a small price to pay for a cheaper car IMO.

Peugeot 206 station wagon - don't need to take the wheel off. Small car with an incredibly big boot.
