can't comment on the loola but i have a micralite and am absolutely delighted with it.

moljam · 31/01/2008 21:13

found the loola too heavy tbh but I have severe hip and leg problems, prob not an issue for someone fitter than me.

WowOoo · 31/01/2008 21:15

Have a loola and the only negative thing I'd say is that they are heavy to carry in and out of car and the under starage for shopping etc is hard to get to. Other than that they're great and loved being able to put car seat on frame easily when ds was teeny.

WowOoo · 31/01/2008 21:16

I meant to say storage!! My almost 2 year old naps in it.

moljam · 31/01/2008 21:17

does loola fold with seat unit on?

yes it does in fwd or reverse

I've had a micralite too and loved it, tho it did take me a little while to get used to it. Ds used to get a ride home from nursery in it til he was 3 and a bit and it was still light to push! It doesn't fold that small because of the big rear wheels but they are really simple to remove.

Indith · 31/01/2008 21:21

Loola does fold with seat on but don't get one they are pants (I have said differently on here when it was new and I was all wrapped up in pfb ond all my perfect stuff but I retract it all). They are clumpy and heavy and have a wide base so don't fit through doors and some idiot during the design process shoved a huge metal cross over the shopping basket so you can't get anything in it.

it folds fairly small - same lenth as standar umbrella buggy but with big wheels at one end. ds would have slept in it at 2 although he was always better at napping in cot. it doesn't really have a recline position though - more like 2 sitting positions, one more upright than the other.

Another vote for the micralite (tho I've only seen the loola, never used it). Do check how much growing room it would give your two year old tho - mine is very tall and starting to outgrow it.

moljam · 31/01/2008 21:29

im being silly.im thinking to get one on ebay, use for holiday then resell

Alva how old is your lo?ds is 2 but quite short.
