Hi , I did post on this matter but my Dyson hair dryer was in the 2 year warranty when it stopped working so I sent it to Dyson for repair , they have just contacted me to say it can’t be repaired but they’ll replace it with a reconditioned one
Do you think that bearing in mind this hair dryer is over £300 that they should be giving me a new one ? Should I ask for my old one back ??
