I love M&S quality things and I am trying to persuade myself to trust their online shop again, but it doesn’t work at the moment…
I bought a real tree from their online shop weeks ago, a very beautiful decorated one which was placed in a basket, it was supposed to be delivered last weekend, we were all excited to see the arrival and getting a place ready for it, then got an email the day before saying delivery would be delayed. I called the number given, robot answered my questions randomly, so I contacted online agent who told me to wait for delivery notification.
Days go by, finally I got an answer from another online agent to tell me they have no tree for me, so will refund me. That’s it, end of my Christmas tree story. No explanation about why they took my money without letting me know about no tree for me, and no one contacted me about there wouldn’t be any delivery. I am still waiting for my money back.
Appreciate it if you can recommend any online real tree shopping.
