Im trying to order 2 cards and 2 boxes of chocs to get sent to one address, its split the order into 3 so Im being charged three lots of postage resulting in £12 costs!!!
Of course theres no way to speak to anyone at this time of night (night!!!) because their 'chat' only works from 930 to 530, another example of this country shutting all communication options down for people who work full time, I'll add them to the list of the various banks, utility companies, businesses etc who have shut down communication to them, but back on topic does anyone know how to get the deliveries to marry up?
