Vinted…I have an issue button

Hi

does anyone know where the I have an issue button is? I’ve been scammed and they sent a glove instead of a baby carrier. I need to press the I have an issue button but there isn’t one in the conversation screen with the seller. I don’t want them to get my money and time is ticking as Vinted automatically change status after 48 hours.
can anyone help?

I am having the same issue, do you have to press “mark as received to get to the I have an issue button ? This seems backwards as my issue is I have not received item, can anyone help ?

Do not press the button saying ‘mark as received’ as vinted will release your money
