Ive been waiting weeks for my online order

Hi guys , just wanted some advice.
Placed an order with look fantastic and i still haven't received it. It was shipped 3 weeks ago .Their customer service is extremely rude and I'm finding it difficult to communicate with them . Half the order i got, as they came from their usual warehouse in uk and i got them within few days. However 3 of the items , which I needed ASAP, one of them I had them cancel this week since it was still processing. The other 2 items were shipped but I'm still waiting.
I was under the impression the order was being shipped from uk warehouse, since i ordered from uk website. However, they have shipped the item from USA ? . Its now 11th October and according to DHL tracking the item is STILL in the USA.
Do you think I'm over reacting ? Its not particularly regarding having to wait for the item, although i did really need it quickly, its also more the fact they couldn't fulfill the item from their uk warehouse that im annoyed about. Had I of know there would be a delay like this having to ship it from USA then I wouldn't have ordered it from them as i needed the stuff promptly. I just feel they should have had the decency to inform me beforehand so i could cancel the order . Do you know what I mean? I tried to contact LF several times now and explained to them that I wasn't happy they didn't inform me the items were being shipped from another country and they've honestly just been so rude. They are still advertising the item in stock, but told me they don't have any stock in uk so are shipping it from USA. Shouldn't they make buyers aware of this ? They basically told me I'll just have to wait for my item to arrive there's nothing more they can help me with, and rudely ended the communication. I mean it's 3 weeks ago , do you think I'm over reacting? How long do you think is an acceptable waiting time ? As I said I'm just really pissed off cause I could I've ordered them from elsewhere and had them by now
