Sorting out 7 year olds room with £200

DS1 has a bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk, boxes on wheels unit and space under his bed.

Ideally he would have a new bed this year as he is sleeping in his Daddy's old one. (With new mattress.) The wardrobe and drawers work fine for his clothes but I would like rid of the desk and could do with more storage.

My plan is to get him a bed which has a desk and storage underneath. Not vital that he has a computer desk with pull out drawer for the keyboard as he won't have his own computer for quite a while.

Does this sound like a good plan and has anyone got any ideas? This is will be his long term bed so don't want cheap tat but don't have a huge budget.

TIA.

I can highly recommend these beds

My friend has them for her DSes and I intend to get one for mine. AS you can see, you can start off with teh starter bed (which is full sized single) and add to a medium height then full height bed with various bits underneath

They are very sturdy and look great - the added bonus of these for me is that the sides are a little higher so will stop wrigglebums from flaling out in teh night

Will get hubby to have a look with me when he gets back. Has taken DD to her second party of the day.
