Free ipods - is this a con?

The cynic in me knows this is a con, but the bargain hunter wants to believe it isn't.
Has anyone else done this and got one?

Must be a con surely? Wonder what happens after you enter your e-mail.

looks like you have to, sort of, build up credits (referrals) - you have to recommend 5 friends, they have to try something out (and no doubt recommend more people) etc. etc. before you get anything

According to the small print you have to give them the e-mail of 5 friends, and then each friend has to take up a "special offer" (ie spend lots of money I think) before you get your free i-pod. Definitely not free IMO, unless you have 5 friends who you want to not be talking to you.
