Hello I am trapped in my house as have 2-week old DTs and DS who is 23 months and can't get them all in one buggy.

Have double buggy that is not buggy board compatible (don't ask), and was planning on putting DS in one seat, one twin in the other and carrying second twin in sling if we all need to go out together. However my Baby Bjorn is only from 3.5kg (think that's 8lbs or more) and I have one DT who is about 5lbs and one who is nearly 6lbs.

Does the Premaxx or Tricot (sp) sling take teeny babies? Or do any others? DS is not trustworthy enough to walk long distances without the fallback of sticking him in a pushchair.

any pouch, or any ring sling

Think I have answered my own question as found Hug a Bub which is suitable for premature babies.

Thanks Mrs B .

Egg, dd2 was less than 5lb when I put her in my Baby Bjorn, just put her in a nicely padded snowsuit and tightened all the straps and she was fine. Also used a huggababy ring sling, but felt I needed to support her at first in that one. Anyway looks like you might be sorted, good luck

ooh thanks jm, that's useful to know as although I have already ordered a hug a bub there may be a time we take both babies in slings if DH and I are out together. I guess as long as there is enough padding they would be fine in Baby Bjorn. Will have to test it at weekend with DS2 who is the bigger DT and approaching a huge 6lbs!
