Just a warning I wanted to share; I purchased a blackout cover for my Mountain Buggy Nano over the summer except sleep deprived I managed to order two. I asked to return and they told me I had to cover return shipping to The Netherlands which cost ~£8.
A few weeks later I received an email saying they had refunded me just £19 of the original order (£51). I ordered from UK website.
This is an illegal breach of my UK Statutory rights and when I put this to Mountain Buggy they sent me the following message (via Instagram as they ignore all customer service emails) thinking it’s seemingly ok to continue these illegal practices here in the U.K. depriving UK consumers of our statutory rights.
You have been warned about this awful brand! Never buying anything from them again as I boycott brands that hate their customers.
