DS's grandma has given me some money to buy his present and wants me to buy 'one big present'. Think ds would like this but it seems a lot of money to spend on Playmobil....

any one got any experiences?

playmobil is brill; plus it has a really good resale value on ebay. if it becomes discontinues you can end up selling it for more than you paid initially. open the box carefully and put it in the loft.
how old is he Popsycal as my only reservation would be that it can be quite fiddly, some bits are tiny. think it may say for age 3+. DS had it younger than this but we put away the tiny accessories until he was older.
haven't got the Ark, but a freind has bought it for her DS.

by the way...Playmobil pirate ship was half price in Fenwicks yesterday - £50 down to £24.99

I nearly bought the noahs ark for myself this weekend, It's lovely but bean is far too young for it. I think it said 4+ years and it did have some tiny bits to it. Playmobil is lovely though, I still have all mine from when I was little, it lasts forever!

popsycal · 29/11/2004 11:56

oh it does say 4+ - why did i think it was 2+?????
