Anyone else having to chase Sainsburys for refunds when things are missing/broken from home deliveries? Two weeks in a row I've returned crap substitutions or damaged items and then they've not processed the refund until I've chased. Couple of weeks ago, my delivery was missing a whole box of shopping - nearly £20 - and I didn't get a refund until I contacted them despite the driver saying the refund would be automatic.
Perhaps I've been really unlucky with the delivery drivers not processing the refunds... each time Sainsburys tell me they can see the refund pending but it's not been properly submitted.
Just wondering if anyone else is having this problem... its pissing me off!
