Who has a Luna? Quick question please

I have just bought one and love it, bought it on Sunday but today the front wheels seem to be clunking on and off as I walk. Does anyone else's do this???

Also, how does the liner sit nicely on because of that hooded bit at the top of the seat?

look on website called review centre(or type in user reviews or mamas and papas luna ingoogle). They didnt get very good recommendations at all. Put me off getting one
