help, all you pramaholics! I need a new buggy that...

...is light enough to carry easily when travelling, but is there one that folds up to half the usual length if you see what I mean? I need to fly, then go on a train, then a tube with ds wh is just 3, so hefting a full length umbrella folding thing isn't really an option. Do they go smaller? When it's in use it doesn't need to have bells and whistles, just a frame and a basic seat will do.
Anyone know?!

Bump-buggy aholics where are you?

preggersagain · 23/01/2008 13:47

i think all the buggy-holics are with the huns on the for sale boards

As a retailer i'd reccomend the graco citisport- maybe look at the zapp (but overpriced for what it is)

MrsBadger · 23/01/2008 14:16

consider a secondhand zapp or micralite, but don't discount the idea of a Triumph as the shoulder strap makes them easier to carry than you'd think.

onelittlelion · 23/01/2008 20:05

I think only the Zapp and Zia fold in half again. I think the lightest Maclaren is the Volo? Post on Wanted...bet you get a few options!

Hi Kits - how about a combi Dash? I have one for sale at the moment...it's designed for flying.
