M & P Pulse Buggy and Beat Buggy

Can anyone help please? The M & P Beat Buggy "exclusive to Argos" is currently reduced to £68.99 from £88.99. Is this buggy the same as the M & P Pulse buggy?

I've got a Pulse and if that Argos one isn't the same, it's a very near thing! Even has the same graphic. Go for it, it's a great little stroller and a bargain.
