H&M had some in larger sizes, def.2-3 (they had tigger ones and I was tempted for ds1 who is 4)

Primark had fleecy sleepsuits in last week £3. Sizes 2-3 and 3-4. be warned though they do size quite small so you might need the 3-4.

Mothercare have fleecy sleepsuits from £12. 2-3, 3-4, and upwards. Again they size quite small and the legs are more narrow than Primark - it is a bit of squeeze if you have pJs on too.

Woolworths also had them in larger sizes (~ £12 each) but all of them had a fabric join across the chest and back which I thought looked really uncomfortable - the Primark and Mothercare ones are made from one bit of fleece.

AS you can guess I have been on the same hunt as you!
