Got one for DS2 last year. Yes it is just like a big plastic box with a couple of features, however he does play with it now and then. I bought it as a last minute pressie as he just realised it was the one toy he 'must have' however I wish I'd never bothered. It's a big bulky to store as well.

doziduck · 27/11/2004 16:23

I bought one for ds2 for 40 quid. It isn't really worth paying that much for imo, but then again seems as though most toys are over priced these days. It is all plastic but ds2 played o.k with it for a while. Never been touched for the last 6 months though so was thinking of selling it on e-bay!

Twiglett · 27/11/2004 19:43

what do you want for it dozi? Is it in good condition?

well hello turtle fans!

codswallop · 27/11/2004 20:00

Ithink its good, I disagree that it big to store as It all folds up nicely

however, I would ratehr get a battle shell - much more popular with every kid who comes hee

Loobie · 28/11/2004 11:09

I agree ours was a pain in the butt, yes it folds up but it kept coming apart it ended up resigned to the playhouse in the garden then was sold on.Ds got it for his birthday in april and it was sold by october as he hardly looked at it after about 2 weeks.

doziduck · 28/11/2004 11:37

i think it is in good condition twiglet, although i haven't looked st it in a while as it's in the top of the wardrobe. If ds2 agrees then i will defo sell it. What would be a fair price? £20? It might cost a fair whack in postage tho??

Twiglett · 28/11/2004 19:37

Sorry Dozi .. DH and I had a look at one in Woolies today and think, despite the nagging, DS would get more mileage out of the 'dungeon of darkness' we were going to get him from cheeky monkeys .. thanks anyway

(I do think the £20 sounded fair though .. hope you get another taker)

.. PS we're not totally harsh we got him the action figures with 'ninja action' PMSL
