Which Mobile for "oldies"

my Mum and Dad really feel that they should have a mobile each - mainly for safety reasons. The are the typical tecnophobes and are not really into "all this modern stuff!!"

They need 2 easy-to-use mobiles that have cheap tarriffs as they don't use them much ...

Any ideas.

Is the solution "pay as you go" or are there better offers out there ?

THanks

for user-friendliness, I'd say nokia. No idea about tarriffs, sorry

I'm on Virgin - I found it cheaper than Orange PAYG. You can either pay by DD or you can buy top-ups - whatever suits you best. I think the tariff's the same whatever way you pay.

I'd also second Nokia for being user-friendly!
