Security tag

I have just got back from Morrisons I bought DD a cardigan in the sale and went on the self checkout, it has a small security tag on it. I have the receipt so can go back it's just a pain because I usually get my shopping delivered with Sainsburys so I don't usually go to Morrisons, it's 20 minutes in the car to go back.

Why didn't the doors go off when I walked out them?? Argh

Does anyone know how to get it off? It's not even normal size it's tiny

Don’t try to remove it. You will only damage the item and they won’t refund it if you damage it.

Sometimes it’s just a faulty tag or there may be a sensor error. It’s a pain but not much you can do, if a cashier had left it on you could moan and possibly get a ‘gesture of good will’ for the inconvenience but you actually scanned it yourself.

@Itsnotwhatitlookslike thanks, I was going to try. I will just take it back. Luckily I got it in a size up so she wouldn't be wearing it yet anyway.
