I bought my first ever item on DH gate, it took 2 months to arrive and it is all creased all over possibly from spending long time in the post.
I filled a dispute for refund as item would go directly into bin.
The seller responded to post item back to China and apparently the seller will reimburse the postage after they receive it.
The cheapest economy postage would be around £10 and that’s not even tracked so I would not know if it’s even ever and when arrives there ( the item was £30)
The tracked option is £19
I have now one day to post it back before the open dispute expires and I’m thinking even I use the cheapest postage, I wouldn’t be able to track it.
what about if the seller refuses the refund etc.
I read DHGate is not very reliable in customer service like eBay and people lost money on postage as sellers refused to pay them..
Anyone ever have any experience?
