Yet again items missing from my order. I got in touch with them ticked which items were missing. They said no refunds, and they sent me this message.

We regularly remind our partners to check that they have included all items in an order, before they hand the order to the rider.

Nothing was put as been out of stock either on the receipt. Morrisons normally says if items are missing.
Will Morrisons refund me or pass the buck to Deliveroo?
