I wish I had googled reviews before buying from here, otherwise I wouldn't have wasted $126. I bought their dress for a special occasion - a wedding. I was super excited to get it because it looked lovely online and good quality. A friend had bought from them (but it hadn't arrived) so I went ahead without doing my research. BIG REGRETS (btw, she regretted too). The dress was a cheap material, not at all worth $126 and the color was WAY different than the picture - the Kahlia dress. Ok, so I asked for a return - their policy - because of so called scammers and fraudulent activity (I suspect more because of many disappointed shoppers) is only credit refund. ONLY CREDIT. I want nothing from them - because their product sucks. I fought and fought because I am not one to give up, nope - they don't actually care about customer satisfaction and they actually only care about keeping their money. Mind you, I returned the dress within 30 days and they reported getting it - so how is that a scam? Avoid them at all cost, its not worth your time and money and stress, you'll regret it. Please question a company that has turned off comments on instagram and doesn't have item reviews on their website. This company does not at all care about its shoppers.
