Somewhere near Oxford Street or west of that. Covent Garden.

This is a very flighty thread. But need to go and buy some all in one sleep suits for 9 month old at lunch time today.

Am in Bloomsbury.

Any ideas?

Went to Oxford St Mothercare yesterday, they didn't have any 9-12s

Also want a lovely snuggly outdoor full body suit thingy for her to wear when we go to Alps in Jan. Can't seem to find a nice one.

H & M on Oxford Street? I got my all in one from there
BHS - they do some nice stuff

Covent Garden has a Baby Gap on Longacre.
There's also a floor of Baby Gap in the one opposite John Lewis on Oxford Street. Last time I went there they had quite a good sale on some of the baby stuff.

I went in H&M, none in her size. You have to get there when they've just had a delivery I think.

Are there any baby shops in Covent Garden?

Ask H&M shop assistant when next delivery is - they are normally quite helpful
You could try next on longacre too (but cant remember if they have a child dept in that one)

Cool thanks. Will try Babygap and Next then in Covent Garden. Although I think Baby Gaps prices can be shocking - good if a sale though!

Welshmum mentioned John Lewis - have you tried there? Always my first stop for EVERYTHING (have become my mum).

Flum · 25/11/2004 12:19

Tried John Lewis they didn't have any all in one outdoor suits. I mean it is NOVEMBER. Praps they know something i don't and it will be a v. mild winter and bubba can wear bikini (which they do have)

Flum · 25/11/2004 12:27

Ahh good idea, then don't have to spend lunchtime trawling round shops. Will try them if you recommend them and spend lunchtime reading my rivetting bodice ripper 'The Queens Fool, Phillipa Gregory
