Has anyone encountered customer service with Vinted and gotten the help needed for it? I had no problems with Vinted at all until recently. I made a purchase from a seller who only offered Royal Mail postage as an option. I paid postage for the parcel (about £2+) and then didn't receive the item for a long time. After 3 weeks, I then got a note from Royal Mail saying that I needed to pay an extra £3.50 because the seller underpaid postage for Royal Mail. I decided to pay for this and then collected the item. I then noticed that the seller only paid £0.68 for postage and pocketed the rest as profit! I then kept clicking on "I have an issue" but somehow Vinted marked it as sold without issues and released payment to seller! I complained about this and they said there's nothing they can do. I'm really annoyed and upset at the customer service experience here. Seems really terrible that they didn't even try to refund my additional postage fee or try to suggest anything.
